She has held senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and most recently served as Head of Technology Strategy for Global Real Estate at QIC, a global investment manager with $70 billion AUM. In that role, she led the digital transformation of QIC’s $22 billion real estate portfolio, setting new benchmarks for innovation across the industry.

A true global citizen, Nikki’s international career spans the US, Asia, Europe, Africa and Australia. She has worked with leading organizations including Lendlease, QIC, Brown Harris Stevens, Koichi Takada Architects and Greenland Australia bringing a rare blend of architectural, commercial and technological expertise to every engagement.

She is the Founder and Global Ambassador of Women in PropTech and served three terms as Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Technology & Innovation Council in New York City. Her approach is known for balancing bold vision with practical execution.

Nikki is a highly respected thought leader, frequent keynote speaker at global conferences, trusted media commentator, and the recipient of numerous international accolades. Recent honors include being named one of the Top 9 Most Influential Women in PropTech, CIO View’s 5 Most Influential Women in Real Estate to Watch, a ULI Global Luminary, and a Finalist at the MIPIM Global PropTech Awards.

She has advised real estate and PropTech companies on how to harness emerging trends to become best-in-class across multifamily, office, hospitality, retail and masterplanned communities. Her clients include developers, REITs, REIMs and brokerages - organizations looking to lead through innovation and leverage transformative technologies like AI to secure their future position.

With a portfolio that spans continents and disciplines, Nikki brings globally-informed, commercially grounded insights to real-world challenges. She holds a Master of Commerce (International Business), a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture with honors, all from UNSW, Sydney Australia. 

Nikki is Australian and lives in New York - though she can frequently be found jet-setting across the globe to wherever the future is being built.
